Captain Chen Changzheng is the Operations & Business Development Director of Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings Limited. He graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in 2000 and has worked for Wah Kwong starting from 2003, initially as a deck officer, then as Master on a number of Wah Kwong ships including VLCC and Panamax tankers. In November 2010, he became a technical superintendent for Wah Kwong, and was subsequently promoted to Operations Manager and Operations & Business Development Director in 2011 and 2019. He was appointed as Managing Director of Wah Kwong Bulk Limited in 2026.

Captain Chen holds a master’s degree in China-Europe International Business School.
