Captain Chen Changzheng is the Commercial Director of Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings Limited. He graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in 2000 and has worked for Wah Kwong starting from 2003, initially as a deck officer, then as Master on a number of Wah Kwong ships including VLCC and Panamax tankers. In November 2010, he became a technical superintendent for Wah Kwong, and was subsequently promoted to Operations Manager and Operations & Business Development Director in 2011 and 2019. He has been Commercial Director of Wah Kwong Maritime Transport since 2024 and Managing Director of Wah Kwong Bulk Limited since 2026.

Captain Chen holds a master’s degree in China-Europe International Business School.
